On the occasion of its 20th anniversary celebration, Landsea released its carbon neutrality roadmap, clearly proposing the goal of achieving carbon neutrality for the entire group by 2035, aiming to gradually achieve carbon neutrality in greenhouse gas emission (Scope 1, 2, and 3) with strategic determination and scientific methods, and actively promote ecosystem (Scope 3) carbon reduction. To achieve the ambitious goal, Landsea collaborated with Climate Bridge to conduct accounting and assist third-party verification of greenhouse gas emissions for its subsidiary companies Landsea Green Life and Landsea Green Real Estate in 2021. Based on the total emissions of the entire group in 2021, Climate Bridge planned a carbon neutrality path and wrote a carbon neutrality action report for Landsea.
