Description

This project aims to generate electricity by recycling and utilizing the waste heat generated during the production process of the clinker line of Wuhu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhu Conch"). The generated electricity will be used to meet some of the electricity needs of cement production, replacing the equivalent electricity provided by the East China Power Grid.

Project outcomes

Project results

· The implementation of this project has reduced the emissions of harmful substances, including SOx, NOx, and suspended particulate matter, and improved the local environmental quality;

· The implementation of this project has reduced the utilization and consumption of fossil fuels, improved energy efficiency, and achieved comprehensive energy utilization, promoting sustainable development of the enterprise;

· Reduce the discharge temperature of cement clinker waste gas from 380 ℃ to 90 ℃, while also reducing the water consumption of the cooling tower and saving water resources;

· The construction and implementation of this project will increase multiple employment opportunities and provide 26 stable employment opportunities for the local area.
