Location: West Side of East Second Ring Road in Chaoyangmen Area, Beijing
This project adopts a series of energy-saving measures throughout its entire lifecycle, including the use of high-performance exterior curtain wall systems, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and elevator systems, in order to achieve building energy conservation and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

· Adopting a series of energy-saving measures to make the total energy consumption of this project far lower than industry standards;
· The reduced electricity consumption of this building energy-saving project is provided by the North China Power Grid, which mainly relies on fossil fuels. Therefore, this project can reduce environmental pollution caused by fossil fuel combustion;
· Controlling building energy consumption and promoting building energy efficiency have a positive impact on reducing total energy consumption, addressing climate change and global warming issues;
· Adopting an energy management platform will become a benchmark for building energy efficiency in China and lead the development of building energy efficiency in China.
