This project mainly aims to increase vegetation coverage and carbon sequestration in the Tongliao area of Inner Mongolia by planting hybrid poplar trees, and improve soil desertification. At the same time, the project will create additional employment opportunities and income for local residents, bring advanced agricultural and forestry practices to the community, and develop sustainable land management education locally.
