Description
The main purpose of this project is to utilize the rich local wind resources for power generation, to meet the growing electricity demand in the Mile City area and the Southern Power Grid.
The installed capacity of this project is 49.5MW, including 33 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 1500kW. The average annual full load online electricity consumption is 106932MWh, which is integrated into the Southern Power Grid through the Pengpu 220kV substation.

Project outcomes
Project results
· The project provides clean energy without pollution and emissions for the Southern Power Grid, which is conducive to alleviating the power supply and demand contradiction of the Southern Power Grid and improving the energy structure;
· The electricity generated by the project will partially replace the electricity generated by coal-fired units, thereby reducing the environmental pollution caused by coal burning to the local area;
· During the project construction and operation period, employment opportunities can be provided for the local area. During the project construction period, rural labor can be arranged for on-site construction, and long-term employment opportunities can be provided after operation.
