Description

The proposed project activity avoids methane emissions generated under landfill conditions by burning urban household waste that would otherwise have been landfilled. At the same time, by utilizing the waste heat generated by combustion, boilers can generate steam to generate electricity, replacing the electricity from fossil fuel power plants.
