Monthly Activity & Trend: Trading activity continued its upward trajectory in June, with monthly volume reaching a new high for the year. The total monthly volume reached 12.91 million tonnes, generating a turnover of RMB 1,040.46 million. Compared to May 2026, this represents a 16.22% increase in volume and a 17.42% increase in turnover.
Price Performance: The daily average price ranged between a high of RMB 83.34/tonne and a low of RMB 70.66/tonne. The market closed the month at RMB 83.34/tonne, marking a 5.37% increase from the May closing price of RMB 79.10/tonne.
Trading Breakdown:
● Listed Agreements: 4.93 million tonnes (RMB 405.34 million).
● Bulk Agreement: 7.98 million tonnes (RMB 635.12 million).
● One-way Bidding: No transactions.

Monthly Activity & Trend: CCER trading surged in June, with volume rising to 2.28 million tonnes (Turnover: RMB 188.33 million). Compared to May 2026, this is a 149.94% increase in volume and a 147.25% increase in turnover.
Price Performance: CCER prices remained stable despite the sharp volume increase. The daily average price floor edged down to RMB 80.85/tonne, while the daily high moderated slightly to RMB 89.38/tonne. The month-end average price settled at RMB 83.36/tonne, representing a 0.22% decrease from the previous month-end average price of RMB 83.54/tonne.

Collective Performance: Combined listed agreements trading of emission allowances across China's eight pilot markets totalled 1.09 million tonnes in June (Turnover: RMB 49.72 million). This reflects an 382.84% increase in volume and a 397.65% increase in value compared to May 2026.
